This Diode Dynamics kit features brand new multi-colored LED lights that will act as drop-in replacements for the daytime running lights on your Mustang's driver and passenger side. The factory bars feature a set of three circuit boards that only hold white LEDs. With this upgrade, each white LED is replaced by a pair of RGBW 5050 LED chips, while the amber LED is replaced by a high-power 3030 chip.

As the red, green and blue LED lighting will look fantastic while you are showing your S550 off, you can't use it while you are on the road. This LED assembly also features an LED chip this is specifically white in color, so you can activate & control it independently of the other colors. This will help produce a more uniform, pure white color hue for taking your Pony out on the road.

Another unique attribute of this LED kit is the amber sequential feature that it provides. When you trigger your Mustang's turn signal, the white or multi-coloring will turn off and your daytime running lights will shine a bright amber hue. However this amber color will also indicate your signaling in a sequential order, exactly like your tail lights.

These lights can be powered by either hooking them to your parking lights or a 12v power source to provide a clean & clear illumination. This kit also comes with a constant-current and waterproof inductive driver chip to help power the assembly. This advanced driver will also ensure that you don't experience any damage to these LEDs in the long run due to the strong electrical system of your Mustang. To ensure long-term reliability, the LEDs are protected by a thermal management system, which will decrease their overall output if the temperature becomes too bright.

Finally, this kit comes with a useful touch controller that will let you manage the color of the lights with the swipe of a finger. This controller will also turn on your bright white lights with the push of a button. This controller is charged with the help of a 5-pin RGBW input plug, so you can conveniently control your daytime running lights whether you are inside or outside of your Mustang.

*Professional installation is STRONGLY recommended, as the factory headlights must be completely disassembled, opened and resealed in order to replace the LED panels.
*This LED Board Kit has only been tested to fit US-spec Mustangs. Will not fit Euro-spec Mustangs as advertised due to the lack of OE daytime runing lights from the factory. 

Tech Tip: It is recommended that you connect these LED boards to your parking light signals, as this will have your module light up when your Mustang's parking lights or headlights are turned on.
